In the later years, practical courses such as project-based learning, corporate internships, creative design thinking, business case studies, and more, are designed to introduce industry experience, cultivate team leadership and collaboration skills, develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and unlock creative and innovative potential, ultimately fostering comprehensive planning and management capabilities.

Furthermore, the department encourages students to participate in off-campus competitions, apply for international exchange programs, and obtain relevant professional certifications to enhance their competitiveness in the workplace. Before graduation, students are guided in writing resumes, mastering job search skills and workplace ethics, preparing recommendation letters, analyzing industry and job functions, and more, to assist in a smooth transition to employment. According to long-term and large-scale surveys conducted by Business Weekly, our graduates rank among the top in employment rates nationwide within the business management field, making study here a near-guarantee of employment.
